CARP scrl was founded in 1973. It’s a Federtrasporti member (Italian transport association) and it’s on the international market, working regularly to and from Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Great Britain and France.
CARP was founded in Fano (PU) in 1973 as a union of owner-drivers which were active in the oil branch, with aim of improve their business.
The founders are 24, with a share capital of 7,75 euros pro quota. In 1976 CARP changes to a Cooperative with seat in Pesaro and begins acting under its own name and on behalf of its partners.
A few years later, in 1983, CARP widens its business to dumpers and enlarges its structures gaining 15 new partners.
This growing trend is confirmed in 1985 with the integration of 10 owner-drivers as traffic operators and the beginning of business in the liquid foodstuff sector.
In 1992 the unification of CARP with COTRAP company in Pesaro enlarges the flatbeds and tautliners activity with 23 new trucks.
The last business venture in 1997 leads CARP to open up to the European market and the temperature controlled sector, reinforcing the staff with a new operational seat in Gambettola.
